* All Bookings require 50% deposit to secure bookings with in 48 hours.
* High season minimum stay 3 nights only, as per owners discrepancy and the Nightsbridge system.

Child Rate Policy
Children under 7 years if age we charge 50% of single rate and children under 2 are free.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled 31+ days prior to arrival will get a refund, bookings cancelled 1-30 days prior to arrival will be liable for 50% of the booking amount. Bookings cancelled 1-15 days prior to time of arrival will be liable for the full booking amount. Non arrivals will be charged at 100% without prior communication. Any refunds are liable to R300 administration costs.
